- 1 lb King Crab Legs, thawed
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Preheat a char-grill pan or BBQ to high heat.
Using heavy kitchen scissors, cut one side of the shell, lengthwise. This will make it easier to get to the meat inside once they are grilled.
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked and sweet paprika, chili, garlic, oil and vinegar. Reserve ¼ cup of the mixture for dipping. Place the crab legs on a large baking sheet and pour over the chili oil mixture and toss to coat.
Using tongs, place the spiced crab legs on the BBQ and grill for 3-5 minutes with the lid closed. Remember, the crab legs are already cooked so you only need to heat them through and roast the spices. Serve on a platter with lots of squeezed lemon and napkins!
