1 lb King Crab Legs, thawed
1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Using heavy kitchen scissors, cut the crab legs in half, lengthwise. Lay them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, and lemon juice. Stir to combine and drizzle some of the mixtures over the exposed crab meat. Reserve the remaining butter mixture for dipping.
Place another sheet of parchment paper loosely over the top of the crab legs and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the crab is heated through.
Serve with reserved garlic butter and garnish with some fresh chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
