COOK FROM FROZEN. Do not thaw fillet before cooking. Fish is wrapped in self-venting pouch. Leave pouch on for cooking in microwave. For food safety, cook until internal temperature is 158˚F (70˚C).
- Cook frozen fish in pouch. Microwave on high heat for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Let fish stand for 1 minute to complete cooking.
- Remove fish from pouch and enjoy!
