Originating from the bustling kitchens of the 5-star Dundarave Fish Market in West Vancouver, former restaurateur Kim Hurford VanSickle prepared a line of her most requested sauces and marinades to use at home.

Inspired by the fresh bounty found along our coast, with a touch of international flair – and staying true to her philosophy of keeping things simple – were the secrets behind the success of Simply West Coast. From her father’s wildly popular cocktail sauce, to her discovery of an elegant miso vinaigrette, there is a delicious story behind every one of Kim’s unique flavours and creations.

Acquired by the Coldfish Seafood Company in 2012 to complement their exceptional line of fresh and frozen seafood, Simply West Coast burgers, sausages and seafood soups use the finest natural ingredients to create a true West Coast experience.
