Smoky Spicy BBQ King Crab

  • 1 lb King Crab Legs, thawed
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • Lemon wedges for garnish


Pre-heat a char-grill pan or BBQ to high heat.

Using heavy kitchen scissors, cut one side of the shell, lengthwise. This will make it easier to get to the meat inside once they are grilled.
