- 2 pouches of Simply West Coast Seafood Chowder
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ready-made puff pastry sheets
- cream for brushing
Stir together seafood chowder, chopped carrots and parsley. Portion soup into two individual ovenproof dishes and top to fit with puff pastry. Brush pastry with a little cream and prick with a fork for venting. Bake at 425 ºF (220 ºC) for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
